Applications and enrollment
Submitting an application or scheduling a consultation does not guarantee acceptance, reserve a seat, or create an enrollment agreement. Program availability, admission, tuition, payment schedules, included services, cancellation terms, and participant responsibilities will be stated in a separate written agreement provided before purchase.
Educational scope
K9PN programs provide education, mentorship, and a K9PN Certificate of Completion where stated. They do not grant a professional license or independent professional certification. NePoPo® certification is available only through its authorized schools; K9PN may provide preparation but does not award NePoPo® certification.
Professional and business results
Dog-training and business outcomes depend on many factors, including participation, practice, market conditions, pricing, expenses, experience, skill, and execution. Examples, testimonials, revenue figures, and prior outcomes are illustrative and are not guarantees of earnings, clients, employment, certification, or results.
Safe and lawful conduct
You are responsible for complying with applicable laws and for using appropriate judgment, supervision, equipment, and professional assistance when working with dogs. Do not attempt training activities that exceed your knowledge or create an unreasonable risk to a person or animal.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the K9PN name, branding, curriculum, videos, downloads, written materials, website content, and program resources are owned by or licensed to K9PN. They may not be copied, recorded, distributed, resold, taught, or used to create competing materials without prior written permission.
